Ezekiel 1:18-20

¹⁸ The four of them had rims that were awesome in their size, and those rims were filled with eyes all around. ¹⁹ When the living creatures moved, the wheels moved beside them, and when the living creatures rose from the ground, the wheels also rose with them. ²⁰ They moved in whatever direction the Spirit wished to go, and the wheels rose with them, for the Spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
